Aside from its core production capabilities Polymer Plainfield Companies invests heavily in research and development projects. Two key projects include our investment in developing thermoplastic bi-polar plates for PEM fuel cell applications and our joint venture with Mechworks Systems Inc. called Mechworks Automotive Safety Systems which is focused on developing semi-active and active suspension systems for automotive applications that improve ride performance, handling, comfort and safety.
